Objective:

Student will be participating in NPD projects and performing different activities related to Product development.  He/she will be supervised by the Innovation Engineer.

Besides the daily activities the student will get some assignments. These assignments could be in the following areas:

1. Optimization extrusion process of existing products
2. Sourcing and testing new raw materials for extrusion
3. Shelf-life assessment extruded snacks

Daily activities during the internship:

• Preparation of samples (collecting and weighing ingredients conform recipe), and sending to customers
• Assisting in factory trials (practical preparation, collecting data and reporting)
• Creating product specifications
• Organizing shelflife testing 
• Raw material testing as part of recipe development and improvement
• Preparing tasting sessions

Required competences:

• Flexible
• Pro active and practical
• Good Communicative skills
• Being able to work independently
